Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:CA City:San Diego Delineated Area:North: Eastgate Mall East: 805 Freeway South: La Jolla Village Drive West: Genesee Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,590 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,820 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):10 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):10 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements: Required parking spaces must have ability to be secured. Offered space must be available for access 24/7 and must be capable of allowing a controlled access security system. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
