(FROM ATTCHAMENT 3) Functional/Performance/Specification General Equipment Name: IntelliVue MP 5 Monitor Description & Salient Characteristics The patient monitor must allow the GI/Endoscopy clinic to be compliant with best practice when providing moderate conscious sedation to the veteran patient. The patient monitor needs to allow the nurse to continuously monitor the End Tidal CO2, which is an early indicator to an airway complication.
