- Description
- The proposed contract action is for products and services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. This requirement is for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to provide the technical services, including labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to repair and upgrade all identified deficiencies. Material is provided for on a separate contract. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Curtiss-Wright, as the OEM, owns the proprietary drawings, and is the only vendor that is authorized to accomplish the work. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
