(ABOA): 13,442 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) sf Space Type: Flexspace (11,110 ABOA sf office and 2,332 ABOA sf of warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 47 Parking Spaces (Surface): 47 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 47 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 0 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease, to allow enough time to finalize the agency’s long term requirements and complete the competitive process. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, AutoCAD and pdf drawings of space offered, available ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, Common Area Factor(s)/"Loss Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, and Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that the representative has legal authority to provide information on the property. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire & life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
