- SP470217Q00280001 SP470217Q00280001 Attachment # 1 Item Description: see above Scope of Work: Uniform Rental and Cleaning Services at DLA Land and Maritime Destination Information: DLA Land and Maritime, Columbus OH Period of Performance: 365 days The award will be a firm fixed price contract for a one year base and four 1-year option periods totaling a contract term of 5 years. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price of the technically acceptable offer meeting all of the solicitation requirements from responsible offerors with acceptable past performance. There will be one award made for the solicitation. Award may be made without discussions. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Solicitation amendment 0001 is issued to replace the DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATION/WORK STATEMENT with the document in attachment # 1.
