- Attachment 2: Risk Sharing Analytics Services SOW 7-13-17 Attachment 1: EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD - Risk Analytics This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) number EXIM17Q0081. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and includes amendments through 2005-95 FAR revisions effective January 19, 2017, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis.
