This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors with economic status of Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and Veteran Owned Small Businesses that can provide maintenance of APROXIMATELY 400 pieces of cleaning equipment (I.E. Floor Scrubbers, Buffers, Vacuum Cleaners, Polishers, Carpet Cleaners. Responses to this sources sought will be used for market research purposes. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 811219 with a Small Business size of $20.5 million. NOTE: Please ensure that SAM indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. Only firms interested and capable should send their information and/or capability statement and any questions by email to monica.griffin@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, August 7, 2017. Telephone responses will not be accepted. If interested, please provide the following information: Name of Company Point of Contact Name, phone number, and email address DUNS number Socio-economic status such as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, VOSB, should be included. SDVOSB/VOSB status will be verified using VetBiz. Identify if you can provide maintenance of APROXIMATELY 400 pieces of cleaning equipment (I.E. Floor Scrubbers, Buffers, Vacuum Cleaners, Polishers, Carpet Cleaners). This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced later, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
