- UPDATED Update the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to state the following: The camels should no longer be considered watertight and have taken on an unknown quantity of water. The camels are provided as-is and the Government makes no assertion as to the overall structural integrity of the camel, its individual structural members or the ability of the camel to support its own weight flooded or otherwise when removed from the water. Contractor is advised to assess the camel and plan for the safe lifting and demolition of the camel. Contractor is responsible for recovery and removal from SUBASE, Kings Bay all camel debris that is generated from the demolition process including debris that enters the water. All work and Crane Operations must comply with Army Corp of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual dated November 2014.
