- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-17-Q-0302 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.with Curtiss Wright The requested items must be 100% compliant with current in house testing environment. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Only quotes from Curtiss-Wright and their authorized distributors will be considered. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-Q-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please complete Section K This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by 11:00am est. on 7 August will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
