Additional Information This is a new requirement; however, SMS is the incumbent for VistA Evolution PMO is the precursor to this requirement. This sources sought is not restricted to T4NG or SDVOSBs.   It is a single requirement and until the market research is complete, it is unknown if this will be solicited on T4NG, another vehicle such as on GSA, released Open Market, or if it will be some type of set-aside.   If you are interested and believe your company is capable of performing the services as stated in the PWS, VA encourages you to respond to this RFI.
