Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-17-G-0002 to Bell Boeing Joint Project Office located at 401 Tiltroter Drive, Plant A, Amarillo, TX 79111-1200 for the V-22 Ramp Floor Panels Mission Kit ECP effort. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the V-22 Osprey aircraft and therefore is the only company that has the requisite knowledge, experience, technical data, and qualified expertise to successfully perform the V- 22 Ramp Floor Panels Mission Kit ECP in support of the fleet and program requirements. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office directly. This synopsis is not a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to fund the development or qualification of other sources for fulfilling this requirement.
