Description

Sioux Falls VA Phone and Data Service This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 517110. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted to Federal Business Opportunity website (www.FBO.gov). A response to this sources sought notice is not an adequate reply to the forthcoming solicitation. Phone and Data Services STATEMENT OF WORK BACKGROUND: The Sioux Falls Veterans Administration Health Care System (VAHCS) requires continued MPLS data circuits for connectivity to its associated CBOCs, Vet Centers, Annex, backup circuit to Black Hills VA HCS and additional circuits as required to support the mission of the Sioux Falls VA HCS. REQUIREMENTS: The Sioux Falls VAHCS requires the following for consideration for this proposed purchase of wide area data network connectivity: MPLS technology Ability to provide circuits in size from 5 Mbps to 100 Mbps Ability to interface to existing VA equipment with no additional cost to be incurred by Sioux Falls VA HCS Immediate Help Desk support and Service tech available within 2 hours of breakdown/call Ability to configure as point-point circuits Ability to provide required services to outpatient clinics and locations in eastern South Dakota as well as southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa.
