- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W45PVN-17-Q2533 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAICS code is 321211 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. CLIN 0001 - ½" Plywood A/C Sanded, Pine or Fir, "End Stamp Only". Any stamps or markings on the A or C side is unacceptable. Qty is 1600 Sheets. CLIN 0002 -3/4" Plywood A/C Sanded, Pine or Fir, "End Stamp Only". Any stamps or markings on the A or C side is unacceptable. Qty is 1000 Sheets. FOB Destination pricing is requested. The delivery and acceptance point is: Camp Stanley Storage Activity 25800 Ralph Fair Road Boerne, TX 78015 Vendors must be SAM Registered prior to any resultant order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to the clause.
