Amendments FBO Description posted on July 24, 2017. Paragraph two (2), last sentence changed to the following: This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside. Paragraph five (5) changed to the following: To be eligible for award offeror(s) must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of award. Please see Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors on pages 18-19. Quote shall be valid through 09/30/2017. Please see RFQ for detailed description of requirements. Quotes must be sent to Contract Specialists Duwane Snyder, duwane.snyder@va.gov, no later than August 17, 2017 at 2:00 PM PST. RFQ #: VA262-17-Q-1448. All references to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside deleted and replaced with Total Small Business set-aside. Paragraph B.2 LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE (JUN 2011) is deleted in its entirety. On page 19 Clause VAAR 852.219-10 VA NOTICE OF TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (JULY 2016) (DEVIATION) has been deleted in its entirety. On page 19 Clause FAR 52.219-6 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (NOV 2011) has been inserted in its entirety.
