- PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Genoa National Fish Hatchery, Vernon County, Genoa, WI ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for service- disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce on fbo.gov and fedconnect.net on or about August 16, 2017 with a Bid Opening occurring on or about September 15, 2017. The Solicitation Package will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination and Bid Bond Form. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package before submitting your Bid. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that they receive all appropriate solicitation documents to submit a competitive Bid. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Restoration of a 650 foot long earthfill dike including large tree removal, clearing and grubbing, hauling fill, shaping and grading, backfill placement and compaction, road restoration and gravel placement and seeding all disturbed embankment areas as shown on the construction drawings. SITE VISIT: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visit details will be provided when the full solicitation package is available.
