SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXIST This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is looking for sources to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns capable of furnishing all new washers and dryers, labor, supervision, material, repair parts, supplies, and equipment, and repair of washers and dryers as specified in the Performance Work statement (PWS) for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) School Eglin AFB,Fort Walton Beach, FL Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola/Corry Station, Pensacola, FL Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Pensacola, FL Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) Unaccompanied Housing, Pensacola, Fl. NAS Pensacola, FL This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code: 532210, Consumer electronics and appliance rental. Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of W035 Lease or Rental of Service and Trade Equipment and NAICS Code of 532210 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the company ™s name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code 532210, business size/socio-economic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all rapid gate requirements for access to military sites/property/ installations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted via FedbizOps by 4:00 P.M. EST, August 8, 2017. Any questions about the draft PWS must be submitted in writing to libia.axilote@navy.mil.
