Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16 Division II Supply Team Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for Purchase and Installation of a Video Assessment and Surveillance System (VASS), for the Alexandria VA Healthcare System located at Fort Polk VA Outpatient Clinic, 3353 University Pkwy, Leesville LA. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Interested Vendors may attend a Site Visit to tour the site and submit questions. The Site Visit will be at 1pm on 10 August 2017 in the front lobby at the Police desk, Fort Polk VA Outpatient Clinic located at 3353 University Pkwy Leesville LA 71446 Questions may be submitted by email to paul.filhiol@va.gov. Deadline for submitting questions will be 15 August 2017 at Midnight. This RFQ closes on 21 Aug 2017 at Noon Central Time. Quotes may be submitted via email to paul.filhiol@va.gov.
