Description

The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract providing for the upgrade and replacement of circuit breakers. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, parts, materials, testing and supervision to upgrade 11 circuit breakers by replacing the Amptector trip units with digital AC PRO trip units and to remove and replace the current G.E. circuit breaker with a reconditioned G.E. circuit breaker, Cat#THJSS3603SG, 400 amp with AC Pro Overcurrent Protection, which are located at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery: Work shall begin within 14 calendar days and be completed within 30 calendar days from date of award. Please see attached RFQ VA248-17-Q-1326, Wage Determination WD 15-4547 (Rev.-1), and AC-PRO Trip Units Data Sheet (Brand Name or Equal). Note that the VA is utilizing Cascading Set-aside Procedures per VHA memorandum #17-09, June 21, 2017, which is identified on pages 1 and 2 of the RFQ.
