Description

Class A Building to house the USDA, APHIS domestic survey programs in a pre-existing building, a building currently under construction, or in a building to be constructed at a location accpeted by USDA. The delineated area is bounded North at 29th St E; South along 10th Ste E; East along 36th Ave; West along Hwy 41, Palmetto, FL. USDA is seeking a 20 year lease, 10 years firm term. Space requirements include approximately 9,500 to 11,000 useable square feet of office and laboratory (ANSI BOMA Office Area) continguous space. Space must conform to USDA Sustainability Guideliness that will be published in the requirements. On site parking for 38 GOV's, all of which require a 10x20 parking space, and 4 visitor spaces. General employee parking for 42 vehicles within one block. Nearby public transportation should be available. Expected occupancy is 365 days from lease award.
