Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13.106 for 6ea Wall Murals for the Inpatient Mental Health Ward. The murals are to be designed in cooperation with the Project Manager, Digitally Produced, then Installed by the Contractor. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 238320 Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. Interested Vendors who submit a quote should download the Solicitation and read it carefully. You also may include suggested images for the walls. These should be images that would have a calming effect, such as landscapes, still life s or abstracts which convey a sense of tranquility. The Project Manager will have the final call on which images are used. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This RFQ closes on 16 August 2017 at Noon Central Time. Quotes may be submitted via email to paul.filhiol@va.gov. The Purchase Order will be awarded based on Lowest Price. Vendors who do not show evidence of expertise at work of this nature will not be deemed qualified.
