- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source task order to Williams, Adley & Company - DC, LLP, 1030 15th Street, NW, Suite 350 West Washington, Dc, 20005-5945, under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program, the statutory authorities for which are Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq.) and Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies. HUD insures multifamily mortgages under a variety of Federal Housing Administration (FHA) programs. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Housing Administration (FHA) provides mortgage insurance for lenders against losses from financing the purchase of single family homes and disposes of all properties acquired in exchange for the payment of insurance benefits FHA has a need to obtain support to assist in the control and processing of supplemental insurance claims and in maintaining its database of vendors (i.e., Payees) that support the Single Family Property Disposition (SFPD) Program. The Contractor shall perform supplemental claims processing. These services include: Supplemental Claims Processing: Analyzing, calculating and processing supplemental claims: Data entry and verification: Record Maintenance. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive support services in the following areas: Claims receipt Claims processing and response to email inquiries; File Maintenance; The period of performance is for a 12-month base period plus 2 2-month option periods. The NAICS code is 541211and the size standard is 20.5M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit a written response via email to Brenda Lee at the email address below by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on August 15, 2017 Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, HUD will proceed with the sole source award to Williams, Adley. The anticipated award date of this requirement is around September 15, 2017.
