Description

This is a Seed Project Site Visit Special Notice. Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. The site visit is being held in preparation of the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Request for Proposal (RFP) that is scheduled for release on or about August 18, 2017. The Seed Project to be evaluated for the MATOC is Project 796-16-017, Replace Windows, 1st Floor, in building 37 at the National Acquisition Center in Hines, IL. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend the site visit to familiarize themselves with the Seed Project, project site and conditions. Specific details on time and location are as follows: Date: August 10, 2017 Time: 1:00PM Location: Department of Veterans Affairs OA&L National Acquisition Center 1st Ave., 1 Block North of 22nd St. Hines, IL 60141-0076 The Seed Project Spec and Drawings will be made available UPON REQUEST prior to the scheduled site visit and will also be incorporated into the official solicitation.
