Description
Intent to Award The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Chattanooga CBOC that is expiring in Chattanooga TN. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 40,094 NUSF office area and 270 parking spaces. The space must be located in the below listed delineated area, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. The leased space is clinical space located in a building of sound and substantial construction, and located within the city limits of Chattanooga, TN. The delineated is defined below: South of Brainerd Rd West of East Brainerd RD (also known as 320) North of I-75 East of spring Creek Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (NUSF): [40,094] Maximum Sq. Ft. (NUSF): [ 40,094] To submit a location for inspection, contact the Contracting Officer by 4:00pm Central Time, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space). Interested parties should send expressions of interest and include the following information to: 1. Building name, address and location of the available space 2. Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) along with the conversion rate 3. Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property 4.
