East: At intersection of Bowsman and Quaker Rd go South to Bypass then South and West to State Rd 135. South: At intersection of Bypass and State Rd 135 go North to Becks Mill Rd then Southwest to Orchard Rd. West: At intersection of Becks Mill Rd and Orchard Rd go North to State Rd 60 then Northwest to Rush Creek Rd then North to Water Tower Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5525 Maximum Sq. Ft. Option Term: Additional Requirements: Proposed space shall have a hard surfaced parking area with ample space for large trucks with trailers to pull through. Office space must be in good condition and well maintained; similar to Class A or Class B office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Salem, IN, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
