Description
The U.S. General Services Administration seeks to lease office space in a portion of Panama City, Florida for a 5 month lease term. State: Florida City: Panama City Delineated Area: A portion of the city of Panama City bounded as follows: Northern: W. 23 rd Street Southern: W. 11 th Street Eastern: N. Cove Boulevard (a/k/a Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) Western: Lisenby Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,941 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,941 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 14 Full Term: 5 months Firm Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Must be located within ¼ mile of public transportation. Lease commencement date is December 1, 2017. Additional requirements will apply. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Panama City, FL that will be expiring on September 30, 2017. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
