- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Quotations for the Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, transportation, safety measures, and material disposal necessary to install electrical outlets for patient unit lifts, and, to prepare ceilings with relocating light fixtures, patient privacy curtains, sprinkler heads, ventilation and air conditioning registers and ducts at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, Palo Alto, California. This procurement is for a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, and the small business size standard is $36.5M. Proposal Info: Request for Quotations is being conducted under FAR Part 15. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is August 17, 2017 and closes September 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 10:00 A.M., Building 100 Lobby, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Questions will not be accepted after September 14, 2017. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website.
