This is a Sources Sought Announcement seeking information as to the availability of Buy American Act (BAA) compliant products for distribution by the Department of Veterans Affairs, (VA) Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center (DALC). The products VA is seeking to procure are floor weight scales (regular digital and wide base digital), pedometers, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, hearing aid dehumidifier machines, and hearing aid dehumidifier desiccant jars. All the items listed are to be used by Veteran patients enrolled in VA TeleHealth programs and Veteran patients enrolled in the VA Hearing Aid Program. VA is researching the availability of BAA compliant products from Small Business Concerns. The DALC is requesting information regarding whether any small business concern is able to provide any or all of the above mentioned products that are compliant with the Buy American Act (BAA). Products that qualify as compliant with BAA shall meet the requirements as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Please see FAR Subpart 25.1 Buy American Act Supplies. Small business concerns can be Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), Woman Owned Small Businesses, Minority Owned Small Businesses, HUB Zone Small Businesses or any Small Business Concern that qualifies as a Small Business according to the standards of the U.S. Small Business Administration. The DALC seeks to determine if Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and/or Small Businesses can provide BAA compliant products or if the listed products are not available as BAA compliant products at a reasonable price. This is not a request for quotes and respondents need not provide pricing information. In order to help make this determination, the VA DALC needs to know the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) Type of business, e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small, Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Small Business, (i)Capability Statement, (j)Product Information, e.g. brochures, user guides. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Denver Acquisition and Logistics Center (DALC), 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, Colorado, 80401,intends to issue multiple awards of indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed price contracts for the listed commodities at a future date.
