Description

Combined Synopsis Solicitaton_W81XWH-17-T-0308 J&A W81XWH-17-T-0308_Redacted This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) has a requirement for brand name medical repair parts manufactured by Draeger Inc. for repair of the Fabius Trio Anesthesia Machines used by deployed forces in theater. Reference the attached RFQ for full description of the requirement. The acquisition is a small business set-aside using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. The RFQ closes on Friday 18 August 2017 at 3:00 P.M. EST. This RFQ as well as any amendments will be used electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
