- FAR Certifications Purchase Description Brand Name Justification & Approval This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. AFSC/PZIMB Maintenance Branch, Robins AFB GA proposes to establish a firm fixed- price pre-priced blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide chemicals for the Advanced Metal Finishing Facilty (AMFF), Robins AFB GA in accordance with the attached Purchase Descripton Dated 01 Jun 2017. This effort will be for a basic year (12 months) plus 3 Annual Options (12 month period for each Option Year). This is a brand-name, commercial item acquisition in accordance with the attached Brand Name Justification & Approval (J&A). Original Manufacturer: Henkel Technologies NortAmerican Automotive Group 32100 Stephenson Highway Madison Heights, Michigan 48071 The chemicals required for this effort are listed in the attached purchase description. Alternates or substitutions are prohibited. Henkel Technologies, North America Headquarters, is the actual manufacturer and will provide the required chemicals to Robins AFB GA only through their authorized distributors. Offers are being solicited and accepted only from authorized Henkel distributors. Authorized distributors are requested to provide copy of their licensing agreement or written authorization to sell Henkel products with their response to this combined synopsis solicitation. Please review the list of items and submit your proposed prices, by filling in your prices, or providing your prices on an acceptable Excel Spreadsheet. Also include an estimated delivery schedule. NOTE:Unless the solicitation provides otherwise, a bid may be responsive notwithstanding that the bidder specifies that award will be accepted only on all, or a specified group, of the items. Bidders shall not be permitted to withdraw or modify "all or none" qualifications after bid opening since such qualifications are substantive and affect the rights of other bidders.
