Description

The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Staff has a requirement to maintain its current capability, Emergency Alert Notification System (EANS). The requirement is for the continuation of, communication services necessary to send alerts, and training for coordinators, operators and administrators in regards to an EANS. The Government seeks to potentially award a contract for an NGB Joint Staff EANS. The awarded contract will provide for product licenses (as required), communication services, and training as detailed in the below narrative along with the option to exercise four (4) additional periods for follow-on (future) services. Follow-on services will be exercised at the discretion of the Government and negotiated as needed. The period of performance for this requirement initially is a one (1) year base from date of award. Emergency Alert Notification Sysytem as presribed within the included statement of Sources Sought.
