Description

LSJ for ISS Web Services via PCR 034 Summary of attached LSJ: The current action of this task order GST0213CJ0007, modification 057 per Project Change Request 034 addresses the requested Veterans Affairs (VA) requirements for IBM to modify the HR•Smart application to add a Web Services capability to support the VA’s Identity and Security Services. The Web Services proposed are a bi-directional exchange of data where by HR•Smart sends HR data to VA ISS and VA ISS returns data error conditions and employee Security IDs to HR•Smart. This process replaces the batch interface process. This will provide for improved service of personnel for security related actions within VA.
