COTS a) Lift must be a brand new lift commercially available off the shelf (COTS). DELIVERY a) Boom lift shall be delivered to customer 120 days after receipt of order. b) Lift shall be delivered to Bldg. 328, 37 Sweeney Blvd, Langley AFB VA, Rm 149. One week advance notice of delivery date and time is required for government to arrange for proper personnel to be at loading dock to offload the lift. c) Vender is to provide a post-delivery inspector to inspect and certify that the lift meets all requirements listed in this document as well as all manufacturer's specifications and certify that the lift is safe and ready for use. WARRANTY a) Lift shall be warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from day of government acceptance. Structural elements shall be warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from day of government acceptance. Government acceptance shall be issued after lift has been received and inspected for compliance with contract requirements. Inspections shall be by both the manufacturer's representative per requirement 8c above and by government personnel.
