Description

Solicitation VA69D-17-Q-1512 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference Public Law (PL) 109-461. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring a Visual Field Analyzer. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW PL 109-461, a contract to Corps Biologics, LLC 1105 Matheson Dr Leander, TX, 78641-4402 as a responsible source to provide the above items. The total award amount is estimated to be $30,218.50. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is PL 109-461 which requires VA to increase contracting and subcontracting opportunities for SDVOSBs and VOSBs. The applicable NAICS Code is 339115 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
