Attachment #3 Travel Price Schedule Technical Exhibit #1 Solicitation The following solicitation requirement is for Coordinator, Instructor and Mentor services for The Regional Leader Development Program-Pacific. The RLDP-P is a four phased training program designed to expose a select cohort of Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers selected by USARPAC, to advanced leadership, strategic thinking, critical thinking, and to introduce the cohort to policy, partnerships, and the complexities of Indo-Asia Pacific region that makes up the US Pacific Command (USPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contractor shall support this initiative by acting as the coordinator, instructor and mentor. The Contractor's Office has three primary responsibilities. The contractor is to recognize and identify resourcing for short and long-term professional broadening opportunities, on and off-island with military, governmental, commercial, industrial, academic, and international governmental organizations (IGOs), non-governmental organizations(NGOs) and with allied/partner nations. These opportunities will be aggregated and correlated into a catalog representing appropriate professional developmental offerings, for presentation to commanders at every level Army-wide for their information and support. The second responsibility is to oversee in-stride support, and post-opportunity tracking, integration, and utilization of participant's support of RLDP-P. The third responsibility is to manage and oversee students individual pursuit of a Master's Degree in Regional Affairs/International elations/Public Policy and coordination for accreditation of subjects taught in Phase I-IV.
