Instructions to be registered for the pre-bid meeting are in Section L page 163 - (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for— 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. ET, August 10, 2017 (b) Participants are required to register 48 hours in advance of the preproposal meeting and site via email to victoria_nosal@nps.gov. The email shall include all names and vehicle, year, make, and model. Participants will be screened at the entrance of Arlington Cemetery and will be directed to proceed to the Arlington House Old Administration Building, The Robert E. Lee Memorial, George Washington Memorial Parkway, Fort Myer Arlington County VA 22101. Picture ID is required at time of check-in. 2. Amendment No. 001 adds s upplemental Signage & Wayside drawings to the solicitation that are Attachments A-E.
