Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) to Tosoh Bioscience, Inc., 6000 Shoreline Court, South San Francisco, CA 94080 in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.405-6. The BPA will be effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. This requirement is for reagents, consumables, supplies needed to produce a cost-per-reportable result (CPRR) and for the continued usage of contractor-owned equipment currently on-site at VISN 16 Medical Centers and CBOCs) Community Based Outpatient Clinic). VA personnel utilize the equipment and reagents to perform patient Hemoglobin A1c testing. The NAICS is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This is for informational purposes only and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government. No solicitation is available. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary.
