- Cyclic replacement of lift station Pumps (grinder), Control Panels, and associated Components as well as upgrade conversion of all existing 110v LS to 220v as per the specifications at 10 sites within Santa Rosa/Opal Beach SR/OB, Fort Pickens (FP), Naval Live Oaks (NLO) and Perdido Key (PK) of Gulf Islands National Seashore. PMIS 227941 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), West Major Acquisition Buying Office, has a requirement for a firm-fixed price Supply Contract to acquire both equipment and incidental installation of Submersible Vortex Sewage Pumps & Panels at the Naval Live Oaks Area Dual Lift Stations (LS 6, LS 7, AND LS 8) as well as UPGRADE existing Sewage Grinder Pump Packages at three Fort Pickens Area dual Lift Stations; one Perdido Key Area dual Lift Stations and three Santa Rosa Areas Lift Stations located in nearby Pensacola, Florida. The solicitation number P17PS01377 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 95 thru Jan 19, 2017. This procurement is set-aside 100% Small Business, the applicable NAICS code 238220 and the corresponding Size Standard $15.0. Any concern that proposes to furnish an end product it did not manufacture (a "nonmanufacturer"), is a small business if it has no more than 500 employees.
