Description
Directions to the Mission Training Facility (MTF) ILSC Capabilities Day Registration Form 8-3-2017 ILSC Agenda 20170803 The U.S. Army Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) is planning to host an ILSC Capabilities Day with Industry to assist in identifying future solutions and capabilities that will enhance business and technology solutions from 08:00am - 11:00am for briefings and 12:00 - 16:00pm for breakout sessions, at the Mallette Auditorium, MTF Building, located at 6008 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Registration will begin at 08:00am and the presentation is scheduled to proceed at 08:30am. Date: Tuesday, August 29, 2017 Time: 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM ET Location: 6008 Combat Drive Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 Building: MTF Building, Mallette Auditorium The event is to provide industry partners an interactive session that will outline key challenge areas for the ILSC and will allow vendors to cover aspects of how they can support or enhance supply relations and services, build partnership and training and virtual training capacities, assist in solving obsolescence issues, as well as assist in meeting our strategic key tasks in areas such as Field Support Integration Supply Chain Optimization (Supply Availability), Synchronizing Services & Technology Support to Sustainment, and Optimizing the Transition to Sustainment process in partnership with the ILSC. The ILSC top three strategic challenges are in areas of Readiness, Sustained Relevance, and Command Climate. This event will allow the opportunity to provide vendors with the vision of the ILSC with regards to the key strategic areas that are challenges in the future years to come as well an opportunity to gain knowledge of our overall mission. In addition the sessions will allow the ILSC to learn from interested vendors' information regarding their experience and capabilities that might support the ILSC mission requirements. Registration Instructions: Complete the attached registration form and submit a capabilities statement (if requesting a break out session) to Idia Osaghae, idia.i.osaghae.civ@mail.mil, Tomika Fogg, Tomika.m.fogg.civ@mail.mil, and Chere Woodman, chere.v.woodman.civ@mail.mil no later than 5:00 PM ET, 18 August 2017. The Government will permit a maximum of two (2) individuals per vendor to register and attend the event. Should it be determined that additional space is available, those registered will be notified of the opportunity to include more vendor participants. Registration will be available on the day of the event if on a space available basis. Breakout Sessions: The ILSC will support breakout sessions for interested vendors to come and brief ILSC leadership on their capabilities that may enhance or support the strategic key tasks of the ILSC listed above. If interested in a breakout sessions, vendors must submit a capabilities statement along with their registration form that states the type of technology or support they can provide the ILSC, limited to no more than 2 pages in length (12 point font). No current or future planned acquisition requirements for the ILSC will be discussed during breakout sessions with vendors. Breakout sessions are for the sole purpose of allowing vendors to discuss their capabilities with the ILSC. The ILSC is conducting this day for informational purposes and makes no commitment that any future acquisitions will result from the ILSC Capabilities Day. The data provided during the briefing, capabilities statements provided by vendors and or other sources of data or information are for planning purposes only and do not represent a future solicitation synopsis, does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal and is not a commitment by the government to purchase or commit to any products or services. Prior to 29 August 2017, those vendors that are scheduled for a break-out session will be sent the scheduled time and room number for their briefings. Briefings will be limited to 20 minutes and the ILSC will accommodate as many vendors as possible within the day's structure.
