(ABOA): 23,921 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 51 Parking Spaces (Surface): 51 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 51 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· This facility will have special construction requirements both interior and exterior. The full special requirements will be provided with the solicitation package. · 24/7 HVAC will be needed in specific areas within the space. · Secured parking is required. · Parking Requirement if surface parking is provided. •a. Must be secured with fences, walls, gates or other barriers to prevent unauthorized access •b. Entrance should use keypad/prox card to access •c.
