- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure services for the aircraft inductions for a Boeing authorized supplier with experience complying with Directorate of Contract Management Agency (DCMA) over and above processes and, due to compressed schedule timelines, has previous experience depopulating aircraft, inspecting, cleaning, repairing, overhauling, and transporting removed parts. In addition, source must have experience with Boeing supply system and data access to support the routing and tracking of removed parts. The intended contractor is Summit Aviation 4200 Summit Bridge Rd Middletown DE 17909-9340. The intended award will result in a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract the associated NAICS code is 336411and small business standard is 500 employees. The intended contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this pre-solicitation synopsis are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with supporting substantiation input to Contract Specialist Anthony Ciccariello via email at anthony.ciccariello1.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time on 18 August 2017. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
