- Attached questionnaire to be completed with response. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. The Joint Product Manager, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Analytics and Response Systems (JPdM CBRNE A&RS), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is conducting a market research to identify potential chemical detection and identification capability into the Common Analytical Laboratory System (CALS). The purpose of this announcement is to gather information of State-of-the-Art Technologies to replace a capability gap created by the obsolescence of the current bench-top GC/MS capability within the CALS program. Specifically, the Government is attempting to identify possible replacements for current bench-top GC/MS that will work within existing space and interoperability constraints. Potential technologies that would be responsive to this notice would have the following features: - Rapid detection and identification of Chemical Warfare Agents (CWAs) and Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TIC/TIMs) - Capable of analyzing and detecting targets combined in a complex environmental sample (solid, liquid, and aerosol) - Capable of sensitive, specific identification - Capable of quantifying agent/compound present - Batch Capability - Auto Calibration - Have Windows 10 Compatibility - Have File Interoperability and Data Sharing capability - Have Library Interoperability capability - Supportable for at least 7 years - NOTE: JPdM CBRNE A&RS requests that the attached questionnaire be filled out and submitted along with any relevant test reports, manuals, brochures, information papers, and other applicable documents. Submission may not be reviewed without a completed questionnaire.
