- Statement of Work / Requirements Applicable clauses. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Purchase Audio-Visual systems with Installation (I)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number PMEL-17-01301. (III)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (IV)This solicitation is being issued with a total small business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334310. (V)This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial items: Per the attached Statement of work and its requirements. (VI)Description of requirements is as follows: Upgrade Audio-Visual systems in two conference rooms. A site visit is required. Any offer received from a vendor that did not conduct a site visit will not be considered for award. This will be awarded on a best value basis per the Statement of Work.
