- statement of work Source Sought This is a Source Sought notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Buy-Indian owed business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded for this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by e-mail response. No presentation will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service IT Department is conducting a Source Sought notice to provide continuous support to Track-IT software for the IT Department and Human Resource Department to all the Indian Health Service Hospital and Clinics throughout South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa. This is service for software support will take place in Sioux Falls, SD period of performance will be from date of award through three (3) year renewal software support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code are, 541519 Other Computer Related Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 million. The written response to this notice should consist of following items. A. Company Name B. Company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number C. Company point of contact, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number and website address D. Name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a company point of contact that has the authority and knowledge of clarify response with government representative. E. Type of company: All respondents should be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov. Respondents will not be notifying individuals on the results of the source sought. Important notice: It should be clearly understood that this a Source Sought notice this is not an award or commitment by the Government. The Offeror is further advised that funding may not become available. If funds are not available, no award will be made. The offeror will not be reimbursed for any or all effort or submission of preparation cost.
