- Solicitation SOW Statement of Work for Trailers In Support of the United Nations General Assembly UNGA-72 Purpose: The Secret Service is in need of mobile office trailer units to lease on a temporary basis to support the United Nations General Assembly in New York, New York. Trailers are to be clean and in good repair. Contractor is to furnish mobile office trailer units to locations and time frames as stated below. Locations and time frames are subject to change: 1. 1 - Mobile office trailer unit 8ft X 24ft, with built-in desk, air conditioning, one set of stairs, cross bar for door open bay area, blocked and leveled. Installed at: 44th St and 2nd Avenue (Manhattan) Installation date: September TBD, 2017 by NLT 12:00pm Removal date: September TBD, 2017 by NLT 12:00pm 2. 1 - Mobile office trailer units 40ft X 10ft, with air conditioning, two sets of stairs, cross bar for door open bay area, blocked and leveled Installed at: JFK Bldg 213 Installation date: September 11, 2017 by 10:00am Removal date: September 28, 2017 by 12:00pm 3. 1 - Mobile office trailer unit 8ft X 24ft, with built-in desk, air conditioning. One set of stairs, cross bar for door open bay area, blocked and leveled. Installed at: East 35th Ave. & FDR Drive Installation date: September 15, 2017 10:00am Removal date: September 29, 2017 by 12:00pm 4. 1 - Mobile office trailer unit 8ft X 24ft, with built-in desk, air conditioning. One set of stairs, cross bar for door open bay area, blocked and leveled. Installed at: 40th Street between 1st and 2nd Installation date: September TBD by NLT 12:00pm Removal date: September TBD by NLT 12:00pm Contractor Screening: The selected contractor will be required to provide the following information about the contractor's employees and subcontractors who may have direct or incidental access to information being provided by the U.S. Secret Service: a) Employee's full name; b) Employee's date and place of birth; c) Employee's social security number; and d) Employee's race and sex. The U.S. Secret Service will conduct a background check of all named personnel. The results of these checks will be used solely by the U.S. Secret Service in evaluating personnel.
