Description

Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA256-17-Q-1265 and is issued as an (RFQ) Request for Quotation, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 (Surgical and medical Instrument Manufacturing). NOTE: This combined synopsis/solicitation is for brand name or equal, for the requested items listed in the price/cost schedule. This solicitation is a 100% SET A-SIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). NOTE: This is an open market acquisition, but FSS pricing is acceptable and encouraged (including the contract number), if available.
