- Solicitation 17-100-SOL-00029 Picture 1 Attachment 1- SOW Attachment 2- WD Picture 2 Attachment 3- SF 1449 Continuation Sheet Picture 3 Health and Human Services requires one air compressor replacement service. The service is required in Atlanta, GA. The solicitation is issued as a commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238220. The business size standard is $15M (Size standards in millions of dollars). The Federal Supply Code is J041. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price service contract. The Statement of Work (SOW) is included as an attachment to this notice. Delivery is required within thirty (30) days after award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. All items must be brand name or equal. If the items are not brand name, provide the salient characteristics/ specifications of the like item (which must meet the requirements of the SOW). A site visit is not needed since the exact issue is known and the exact parts and service is known. Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently and properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time solicitation is posted. To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to FedBizOpps to include pricing, or provide a quote, and fill in the provision at the end of the solicitation entitled Alternate Provision: Contractor Tax Liability or Felony Conviction. The basis for award is lowest price. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is 17-100-SOL-00029. The closing date of the solicitation will be 14 August, 2017 by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any questions must be submitted no later than 10 August, 2017 by 2:00 PM EST. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. The proposal must be electronically submitted, no mailed or dropped off proposals will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive.
