- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award on a competitive basis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The solicitation number N00244-17-Q-0148 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date is 16 August 2017 at 10:00am Pacific Daylight Time. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses, provisions, and the attached Evaluation Criteria. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 721110 “ Hotels and Motels; Size: $32.5M. This acquisition is issued as full and open competition. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price. Brief Requirement Description (for full description, see attached Statement of Work): Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) Contracts Department is seeking proposals from all potential business sources to provide a conference facility that can provide seven meeting spaces for up to 250 occupants, audio visual support, airport shuttle, 31 parking spaces, and a reservation block of 250 hotel rooms in support of Integrated Legal Services for Victims Conference (ILSV). The event is to be held in San Diego, CA starting 0730, 12 September 2017 and concluding 1200, 15 September 2017. Conference facilities shall include a complementary shuttle to/from the airport, free parking for 17, conference/meeting spaces and audio/visual equipment and support. Notice to Offerors: Payment will be made by Government Purchase Card (Credit Card). Fleet Logistics Center San Diego requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following items: CLIN 0001, Conference Rooms, Audio Visual Equipment, and incidentals, To include all services described in the SubCLINs and statement of work. QTY: 1, Unit of Issue: Group, Price: N/A Information Only SubCLIN 0001AA, Conference Rooms. To include: One (1) conference space that can accommodate up to 250 people and be set up in a śschool room ť configuration with tables and chairs, one (1) break-out room that can accommodate up to 125 people and set up in a śschool room ť configuration with tables and chairs, Provide five (5) break-out rooms that can accommodate up to 45 attendees each and set up with circular/square tables that accommodate approximately 10 attendees each with chairs. The spaces shall be accessible 0700 to 1700, 12 “ 14 September 2017; and, 0700 to 1400 on 15 September 2017. In accordance with the attached statement of work.
