Description

Justification The Bureau of Labor(BLS) intends to negotiate solely with Linkedin Corporation, for Web-Based Training Subscription under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106 (b) soliciting from a single source. Linkedin is the only responsible provider to provide a unique Web-based Training Subscription under a firm fixed price purchase order with a one year based period of performance: 09/6/2017-09/5/2018 with three option period ending 9/5/2021. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested sources, who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement ho later than August 23, 2017 to the point of contact for this notice. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
