- RFI in PDF List of Material (LOM) - Equipment Breakdown Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC- RI) is hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for vendors with the capability of providing support to move and replicate a US Army Signal School Classroom and its Technical Control Facility (TCF) modeled equipment into a new building within the US Army Signal School at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Vendors would be required to provide all the hardware and ancillary services to complete the classrooms and TCF in accordance draft TR No. ELIE-ISE-TS 17-006 and the draft list of equipment. Vendors are required to submit in writing, to the POCs listed below, a request for Draft TR No. ELIE-ISE-TS 17-006. The Government will review all requests and will provide accordingly. Request for Delivery Order Proposal: The Government anticipates releasing a Request for Delivery Order Proposal (RFDOP) in the coming months. The Government anticipates a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA) evaluation procedure with award made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors on a firm fixed price basis. Warranty will be separately priced. All equipment must meet all the requirements listed in the DISA Unified Capabilities (UC) Approved Product List (APL), have been tested at the DISA laboratories, approved, and certified for DoDIN interoperability, cyber-security, integration, and functional and operational requirements at time of proposal submission. At this time the Government is NOT requesting a quote and will not incur any costs associated to this RFI. The Government requests a response no later than 1:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) Friday, 21 August 2017. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contacts (POCs) listed below. The Government will take into consideration all questions; however, Government is not obligated to provide a response to industry.
