The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), a minimum quantity of 25 each up to 125 each maximum of a VALVE, SOLENOID; NSN: 4810-01-159-8469; Part Number: 7-116310018 applicable to the BJ AH-64 (Apache) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 25 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is restricted to: HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC., CAGE CODE: 59364 THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE 8V613. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
